• X-Manager: Fans who take the role of a talent manager, scouting and supporting X-Members on their journey to success.

• X-Member: Aspiring athletes seeking support from X-Managers.

  • Goal: Every X-Member is striving for the ultimate goal; to become the most influential athlete on NYXS.

    They must demonstrate their efforts through achievements and milestones to reach this objective. This will be crucial to determine their position on the leaderboard.

  • X-feed: Displays X-Members' photos and videos showcasing their achievements and progress (i.e., competitions and training).

    X-Managers can engage with their feeds with comments and likes. The level of engagement also counts toward X-Member’s position on the leaderboard.

  • X-card: X-Managers can obtain unique player cards of the X-Members. There are five different levels of X-Cards per X-Member. The card level depends on the amount of X-Coins sponsored. The card can also be upgraded with items. The higher the level of X-Cards, the greater the rewards.

• X-magazine: X-magazine is a publication created by NYXS that features content exclusively for X-members. The magazine includes videos and articles posted on NYXS Medium and YouTube's official accounts.

• X-bonus: X-Managers will be rewarded with X-Bonus (e.g., Mystery Box) if their comment on the X-Feed receives a response from the feed owner (i.e., X-Member) or the other X-Managers.

  • 1 Comment from X feed owner = 1 X-Mystery Box

  • 1 Like from X feed owner = 1 Gold Mystery Box

  • 3 comments from different managers = 1 Silver Mystery Box

  • 5 Likes from different managers = 1 Silver Mystery Box

• Item: A general term for all items that increase your card level. The most common item is the Mystery Box. There are three types of Mystery Boxes: X-Mystery Box, Gold, and Silver. The boxes with higher levels have more XP. However, X-Managers will receive a random amount of XP and a percentage of XP for each Box.

• XP: experience points that the X-Managers can accumulate from their engagements on the app, including comments, likes, and shares. X-Managers can upgrade their X-Cards level with XPs.

• X-coin: The currency used on the NYXS app. The X-Managers can use X-Coins to scout and support selected X-Members.

  The NYXS Rewards Program is also offered in X-Coins.

  X-Coins are convertible with legal tender.

• X-stage: A virtual podium where we reveal and reward the best X-Member and their X-Managers.

• Super-X: The player of the month. The best X-member voted in by the NYXS manager community.

  • Top 10 X: Top 10 X-Members who have received the highest level of engagement on their feeds during the month. Only the Top 10 will have the opportunity to run for the Super-X.

  • Voting: There is a voting poll every last week of the month. X-Managers have one vote every day (for 7 days) to pick their Super-X from the list of Top 10-X.

    • Voting reward: A random level of Mystery Boxes will be assigned for each vote. Members get an extra gold Mystery Box if their vote becomes the Super-X.

• Super NYXS: The best X-Member of the year, The highest honor of NYXS.
